Hi, I'm Russell Herman. I've spent my entire life in the automotive world

By the time I was 14, I was working full-time as a motorcycle technician at a Kawasaki dealership. At that age I could rebuild engines, transmissions, carburetors from the ground up.

At 16 I earned my first factory certification from Kawasaki in Lincoln, Nebraska. By 19 I was ASE certified.

At 22, I became ASE Master certified 

Over the years, I've owned six independent repair shops. Two of which were NAPA auto care centers that ranked in the top 10% Nationwide in sales.

I've spent more than 15 years as a Director of Fixed Operations over multiple car dealerships--leading parts and service departments to record profitability. In several locations those improvements have reached more than half a million dollars a year in net profit.

Later in my career, I became a Fixed Operations Specialist, traveling across the United States and Canada--training hundreds of technicians, advisors, and managers on how to be more effective, more efficient, and more profitable.

Through all of those years and miles driven, one truth stands out: The best teams don't just work harder--they train smarter every single day.
